Get a coin

Full profile of one asset: description, links, contracts, categories and live price statistics.

GEThttps://api.coinmico.com/v1/coins/{id}updates every 10 s

Returns everything the coin page shows: metadata (name, description, image, links, platform contracts, categories, genesis date), market_cap_rank, and price_stats with price, change, volume, market cap, supply and ATH/ATL in every supported currency.

Path parameters

Asset id such as bitcoin. Resolve tickers with /v1/search.

Query parameters

This endpoint takes no query parameters.

Response

Identity of the asset.

Plain-text description.

Logo URL on cdn.coinmico.com.

linksobject

Homepage, explorers, social and repository URLs.

platforms · detail_platformsobject

Contract address per chain.

categoriesstring[]

Category names the asset belongs to.

market_cap_rankinteger

Rank by market cap.

price_statsobject

Price, change, volume, market cap, supply, ATH/ATL per currency plus measured flag.

Every response also carries x-ratelimit-limit, x-ratelimit-remaining, x-ratelimit-reset and x-request-id. See Rate limits.

Errors

401missing_key

No x-api-key header or bearer token on the request.

401invalid_key

The key is unknown or has been revoked.

429quota_exceeded

More than 600 requests this hour. Wait for x-ratelimit-reset seconds.

404not_found

No asset with that id.
